Why can't we get a shipping estimate on the check out page?This is to ensure we give you the most up to date shipping costs in real time. We strive to provide you with the most reasonable shipping available. You are more than welcome to request a shipping quote, just drop us a message! We are only able to give a quote for items that are "In-Stock"

Why can't you give a shipping estimate on pre-order items?As most pre-order items are still in production; manufacturers arent able to determine the final weight and packaging used for the item.

My statue arrived damaged! What should I do?Please contact our after-care service team via cs@questcollectibles.net as soon as possible together with the pictures of damaged parts, statue’s serial number and order number.

What happens if the Manufacturer decided to stop production of the item after putting my pre-order deposit?In the rare case this situation happens. We will refund your deposit.
